By making a booking, you are confirming that you are authorized to do so on behalf of all persons named in the booking and you are acknowledging that all members of your party respect these Booking Terms & Conditions.

After receiving your filled out Availability request form, in next 24 hours. The Hotel will send you by email an offer based on currently available capacities in accordance with the sent inquiry.

The submitted inquiry is not a reservation until you receive an official confirmation from the hotel and only in that case your reservation will be valid, and therefore subject to payment. Upon receipt of the booking confirmation, carefully check all the information. In case the information is not correct, inform the Hotel by e-mail or phone. Booking confirmations are subject to the availability of accommodation at the hotel.

Check In / Check out – Guests can check in after 14:00 on the day of arrival, unless an earlier arrival is specified. All rooms must be guaranteed by credit / debit card authorization or in case of payment through the company’s account, will be reserved and kept overnight.

Any reservations not guaranteed by credit / debit card authorization or payment via company account will be kept until 18:00 on the day of arrival thereafter will be placed for free sale, unless the guest has announced a late arrival.

On the day of check-out, all guests are kindly requested to leave their room by 11:00, unless a late departure is announced in advance and confirmed by the hotel. Late check out after 11:00 can be confirmed depending on availability and will be charged at an hourly rate per hotel policy

In the interest of security and to prevent fraud, at the time of check-in, guests are required to confirm their identity by providing their booking reference; their passport/identity card and a valid credit or debit card which will be charged in the presence of the card holder.

Cancellation of reservation – The reservation shall be confirmed and guaranteed all night with a credit card or payment on invoice. If the client fails to show up without prior notice latest 48h prior to date of arrival, 100% of the first night’s stay will be charged (VAT and taxes included). The credit card is only a guarantee. In case the written notice of cancellation is sent to hotel latest 48h prior to expected date of arrival, the client will not be charged a cancellation fee. In case of late cancellation, hotel reserves a right to charge the cancellation fee in amount of 100% of first night or in amount of 3 nights if reservation was for 5 nights or more. In this case, extra charge applies in amount of 10% of the cancelled amount as a cost of transaction. This clause is not valid for reservations made with special rates or special offers. In the case of reservations with special prices and discounts, special conditions apply.

Group reservations must be confirmed and guaranteed latest 30 days before arrival, and all other conditions and payment policies will be determined according to the official offer sent to the client from hotel sales department.

Customer’s liability- The hotel reserves the right to charge the Client a certain amount in case of damage during the stay in the hotel, in case hotel needs to hire a special cleaning service, or in case of missing items in the room according to the room items list after the guest checks out.

Parking – Cars and their contents are left at the owner’s/customer’s own risk. Hotel Lav does not accept any liability for any damage or theft of contents in the cars or vehicles themselves parked in the hotel parking.

Stated accommodation rates exclude breakfast (300 rsd per person).

City tax (160 rsd per person) is NOT included in the stated prices Amount of city tax is subject to change.
